Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to request a return of their order within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason, provided that the conditions established in this policy are met.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition and show no signs of use
  • Include its complete original packaging
  • Have a manufacturing or functional defect

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions or shows improper use.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, the customer must contact the store’s support email, indicating the order number and the reason for the request.

Once approved, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.

4. Refunds

Cash refunds are not provided.
Approved returns will be compensated with store credit for the value of the returned product.

The credit will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

5. Shipping Costs

For the first return, shipping costs will be covered by the store.
For subsequent returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors made by the store.

6. Defective Products or Errors

If the product arrives defective or incorrect, the customer may request a return or replacement at no additional cost, with priority given to the case.

7. Company Rights

We reserve the right to reject returns in cases of abuse of the policy, fraud, or failure to comply with the established conditions.
